Event Timeline and Deadlines

How Our Deadlines Work

Check-Ins will occur via forms sent to participants. Links to the forms will be available over email and in a dedicated event Discord channel. All forms will be open for several days, and the submission windows are listed below. After submission, keep an eye on your email – mods may send follow-ups after check-ins close.

Final deadlines are “End of Day” (EOD) anywhere in the world, meaning: EOD July 31 is when it is no longer July 31 anywhere in the world. Check what time EOD anywhere in the world is in your timezone here.

Time Management Tips

Event reminders will be posted in several places to accommodate as many people as possible. Mods do not send reminders the day before deadlines - it is your responsibility to know the due dates. Please find a time management strategy that works for you.

- You may wish to enable ping notifications for your role, if you have them turned off!
